How to Return

Email us at hello@primordialskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Eligible Returns

• Unopened products in original condition
• Products with a defect or damage from shipping
• First-time customers who tried the product and didn't see results (30-day money-back guarantee)

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or scent. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
